Now the state of Nebraska requires all judges to consider the overwhelming scientific evidence:

Now all Nebraska judges MUST take into account the psychology study that proves without a doubt that
50-50 custody is better for kids.

Adam is a father, businessman, advocate, and founder of Dads for Equal Parenting Rights. After personally experiencing the challenges many fathers face in family court, Adam made it his mission to bring awareness and legislative reform to Nebraska’s custody laws.
